About the Project:
In 2023, the DIPRO team served as the general technical partner for Russia's largest winter sporting event in Moscow. We built a fully autonomous infrastructure from scratch at the "Alfa-Bittsa" sports club, ensuring 24/7 stability for over 20,000 participants.
DIPRO's Scope of Work:

• Power Solutions: Deployment of a 150 kW mobile power grid with redundant generator systems to guarantee uninterrupted operation in harsh winter conditions.
• Sports Timing & IT: Implementation of electronic timing systems and high-speed Wi-Fi infrastructure for real-time registration and media broadcasting.
• Live Broadcasting: Full-cycle production of live streams reaching over 200,000 viewers globally.
• Event Logistics & Construction: Engineering and assembly of starting zones, award stages, medical units, and concert areas within a 72-hour non-stop schedule.
